We are pleased to announce that Tilen Kosec has joined ODI Law as a Senior Associate, further strengthening our capabilities in the areas of Corporate, M&A, Dispute Resolution, Restructuring and Insolvency, as well as Retail & Consumer law.
Tilen graduated cum laude from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Law in 2020, and passed the Slovenian Bar Exam in 2023. As part of his academic journey, he also completed an Erasmus+ exchange in Munich, Germany, adding new strength to ODI's German desk. Since the beginning of his legal career, he has worked at a reputable Ljubljana-based law firm as well at an international firm, advising clients on complex matters in the fields of commercial and civil law, including litigation and corporate matters.
Tilen brings a strong foundation in corporate law, combined with international experience. We are confident that his knowledge and commitment make him a valuable asset to our clients and our team.
